I believe all people can change. Some people would say that’s naïve, but as a psychologist, my philosophy has always been that people can change. People change when they are motivated to change and often times the motivation comes from negative life experiences. Typically when things are going well for people,  they don’t feel the need for counseling, even though counseling can be very beneficial when a person feels good.

Triple C counseling, uses supportive and empathic counseling techniques, such as reflective listening, and listening for understanding, and combines them with cognitive behavioral therapy, resulting in a coaching approach which both compassionate and directive. I let the client lead while I steer in the right direction. The sessions are typically 45 -60 minutes, although sometimes couples and families out of the sessions can be longer. Some clients come to me for ongoing regular sessions and some clients come sporadically or as needed. It all depends on the needs of the client and I’m flexible to meet your needs. I encourage anybody who wants help and wants to become the best version of themselves to reach out to me and schedule an appointment.

 

 

I take some insurance. I will help you get reimbursed from a PPO and then I take out of pocket payment as well.
